Furious shoppers slam Tesco over £3.50 Jubilee decorations

Tesco has left customers furious as the nation prepares to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. The supermarket giant has upset some of its customers with its £3.50 Jubilee decorations. Images of the decorations were posted online and sparked backlash.

Tesco have released a special range to celebrate the special and historic occasion that they are selling special household items. The range starts at £3.50 each and includes corgi glasses, oven mitts, cake stands and mugs.

The range is everything you would expect from an event celebrating the Royals in this country and everything you need for a street party. Unlike the celebrations, the range has fallen badly with some buyers, reports the MEN.

Some buyers have accused the range of being “useless” and “sticky”. Some of the angry customers took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains page to voice their opinions.

Carol Wang listed the range and said “I wouldn’t have them if they were free lol but hopefully that’s a good deal for someone.” Gabby Elizabeth said, “Why waste your money on something that’s only relevant for 5 minutes?”

Marissa Sharpe commented, “Love how they’re all cut to clear already.” Mandy Causier slammed, “Give it a few months and it’ll all be in the charity shop for pennies.” Gemma Ingleman wrote: “I feel like it’s a waste of money personally.”

Not everyone hated the special range, with some people saying they were ready to buy them. Heather Walker said, “Oh, I better start shopping.” Christine Brown Sidney said: “I’m going to have to switch to tesco.”

If you want to get your hands on some of these, you can now find Jubilee items at your local Tesco store.
